I grew up in Lancaster County and my wife and I raised three children here. We are now the proud grandparents of five young Lancaster Countians.
Before pursuing a career in real estate I worked for many years in industrial marketing, selling specialized plant machinery and systems. One of the great lessons of the industrial market was that I was dependent on the same small group of potential customers year in and year out. With a very limited number of prospective customers I soon learned to treat each of them as my only customer.
As an experienced REALTOR® I continue to treat each client as my only client. I understand that real estate transactions are complex and that, whether a buyer or a seller, my client is looking for service delivered in the most professional manner, representing their interests, not mine or those of anyone else. I firmly believe that delivering professional client centered services is the only correct way of doing business.
I am a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors®, LCAR Commercial & Industrial Council®, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, Council of Residential Specialist. I am also a member of the Keystone Multi-List® allowing me to expose property listings to the maximum number of buyers and to have the largest possible source of properties for sale to my buyer clients. I also hold the REALTOR®, designation indicating that I subscribe to a stringent code of ethics as well as having earned the e-PRO® designation where I completed an extensive course of study dealing with technology and how it can best be utilized in the real estate industry to serve my clients.
Active in residential, commercial and investment properties as well as business sales, I act as a seller's representative, or as a buyer's agent, in each case representing that particular client's best interests through out the transaction. In those unusual situations where I may be representing both sides of a transaction I will always disclose that matter to both parties and I will remain neutral.
