Elizabeth Township is located in northern Lancaster County. It is north of Lancaster and is surrounded by Clay, Warwick, and Penn Township and on the north by Lebanon County.
The unincorporated communities of Brickerville, Poplar Grove, Speedwell and Spring Lake Park are located in Elizabeth Township.
Elizabeth Township is in the Warwick School District.
